About this talk

A 'Brilliant Civil Service' needs to set new standards for diversity and inclusion - championing diverse backgrounds and opinions. To best serve the public, the Civil Service needs to draw upon the talents of the widest possible range of geographic, social and career backgrounds - and to ensure that citizens from minority backgrounds, those with disabilities and those who have faced disadvantage in their early lives can flourish.
