About this talk

The roller-coaster ride isn't over. After a year of accelerated digitalisation, local governments are only at the beginning of reshaping existing services to user demand. What impact has the pandemic had on the future of local government services?

Tariq brings a wealth of private sector perspective, and is focused on making Camden's services more customer-centric, and tackling the digital divide.

Deborah oversees the transformation programme at a new unitary council, which recognises that in order to achieve further savings due to the ongoing financial challenges from the pandemic, Dorset needs to change how it prioritises and delivers transformation.

Sandra is focused on how digital transformation programmes can enable new service delivery models.

Glen believes that the developments in service delivery that we have seen this past year have been extraordinary, but there is now an opportunity to reflect on what has worked. We now work in such a way that we are no longer fixing service problems, but data problems.
